ReFlections from the Karnak Ship Part 6

It is impressive to see the great aperture, interest and talent that reflects, absorbs and transmits our mexican nature in relationto light. And when I say Mexican, I do not mean being an existntial manifestation of an act of love act on this territory, but rather, our dimension of the emotional knowledge and transcendence of the senses that identify us as a Solar cosmogonic identity.
Even in moments that could indicate the contrary to this idea, the five day experience at the UNAM reflected the permanent hearing and fanatical persistance to this message of light and shared enlightment. In summary, we can recognize in the audience, as well as in the institution, a collective social union founded on the expectation of knowledge and visual experience. We have to recognize Erco, our benefactor's, great effort, the academic support of the Continuous Education Program, the Faculty of Achitecture at the UNAM, operational and logistic support by Pat Henry, Ollin ASVC's product support, CABARET, Anonima S.C. Erik and Sindi Martinez, technical and administrative support.
But in all of this, the clear winner is light, its manifestations and the consequences that arise from the great interest that exists in the knowledge of this invisible energy. Surely, universities, the media, the industry, and professionals have the possibility to channel lighting into the right direction, using it in architecture as well as in social space while guarding its beneficial result as a mean of coexistence and openess to the expectation of knowledge and comprehension.
Just like our culture of origin on the Mexican territory.

Resulta impresionante ver la gran apertura, interés y talento que refleja, absorbe y transmite la naturaleza de nosotros los mexicanos.
Y cuando digo mexicanos, no me refiero al haber sido la manifestación exitencial de un acto de amor en el territorio nacional, sino a la dimensión del conocimiento emocional y trancendencia de los sentidos que nos identifica como identidad Solar cosmogónica. Aun en momentos que pretenden confirmar lo contrario, la experiencia vivida en UNAM durante cinco extensos días, con una audiencia permanente y de persistencia fanática al mensaje de la luz y la iluminación compartido. Solamente, en forma resumida, el reconocer en la audiencia y la institución la unión social colectiva cimentada en la expectativa del conocimiento y la experiencia visual. Hablamos del Sol, el cine, el alimento, la poesía, literatura, el proyecto en la experiencia de iluminación compartida. Un gran esfuerzo de nuestro benefactor ERCO, Alemania, el soporto académico del área de Educación Contínua, Facultad de Arquitectura de UNAM, personal operativo y logística de apoyo como Pat Henry- illuminación en soporte visual, Ollin Iluminación SA de CV, en soporte de producto, Cabaret, Anónima SC de ERik y Sindi, técnicos y administrativos de apoyo. Pero en todo esto, la triunfadora fue la luz en sus manifestaciones y consecuencias al gran interés que exite por el conocimiento de esta invisible energía.
Seguramente las universidades y medios de comunicación, al igual que la industria y profesionales tenemos abierta la posibilidad de encauzar la dirección adecuada de la iluminación en arquitectura y el espacio social cuidando su resultado como medio benefactor de la convivencia y apertura a la expectativa del conocimiento y la comprensión. Al igual que nuestra cultura de origen en el territorio mexicano.
