Hotel Encanto

Hotel Encanto is located in Las Brisas in Acapulco, México and is considered one of the most private leisure resorts in the world.  Sitting at the top of a hill, the hotel holds an spectacular view to the bay.

The lighting design concept plays with the principle of absolute white architecture in the dynamics and creative ART-LIGHT.  Based in C.M.Y.W. (cyan, magenta, yellow, white) color technology and careful color temperature selection of light sources, Hotel Encanto is a master example of the power of light and is a representation of light culture for the well being of human kind.

As night falls, the hotel becomes a dramatic scenario, ranging from color to color in the chromatic spectrum; from red to orange, followed by yellow and green, finishing off with blue.  The hotel rooms become colored cubes that are woven into a tapestry of colorful light. The intention is to provide space with a playful spirit, and a dose of inspiring attitude.
